One badge for every session

Register once and your badge is issued the moment you confirm your email address — no waiting on anybody. The QR code on it carries no personal details; it is the key to your own portal, your letter of registration, and the sessions you sign up for.

Register once
One form. Tell us who you are and which identification you will bring — a passport if you are travelling in, a local photo ID if you are a Fiji national.

Confirm your email
Click the link we send you. That is the whole approval: no Ministry officer has to review your account and nothing sits in a queue.

Your badge is issued
Immediately, and automatically. Your conference badge and your letter of registration appear in your portal the moment you confirm.

Choose your sessions
Browse the programme and sign up. Most sessions confirm your place straight away; a few are reviewed by a coordinator, and you are told either way.

Check yourself in
Each session shows its own QR code at the door. Scan it with your phone, confirm who you are, and your attendance is recorded — no queue and no staff scanner.
