Climate Finance

Weave Together: Pacific Owned Solutions

Monday 5 October 2026 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM Ballroom 1

About this session

Climate finance rarely reaches the communities carrying the impact. Pacific knowledge rarely stays in Pacific hands. PICAN built two instruments to change both. Come and see how we are implementing our Pacific Climate Justice Demands through the PICAN Climate Justice Fund, and how the Knowledge Hub keeps Pacific evidence under Pacific ownership.
